SIEP-IALE

SIEP-IALE is the Italian Society of Landscape Ecology (Società Italiana di Ecologia del Paesaggio), the Italian section of the International Association for Landscape Ecology (IALE). SIEP-IALE has been active since 1989 and is a founding member of the Fedap (Federation of Professional Associations that deal with landscape) and since 1989 has organized numerous conferences and training courses.

AAA

AAA is the acronym for Associazione Analisti Ambientali (Association of Environmental Analysts). It brings together people, institutions and organizations active in the field of environmental analysis and assessment, in order to promote, on a concrete and inter-disciplinary base, the growth of an integrated environmental culture.

SIGEA

SIGEA is the acronim of Società Italiana di Geologia Ambientale. It is a cultural association which promotes the role of the Earth Science for the protection of human's health and safety, the safeguard of natural and anthropized landscape quality and for a more responsible use of the territory and its resources.

CATAP

CATAP stands for Coordinamento delle Associazioni Tecnico-scientifiche per l’Ambiente e il Paesaggio (Coordination of Technical and Scientific Associations for the Environment and the Landscape) and brings together AAA, SIEP-IALE, AIAPP (Italian Association of Landscape Architecture), AIN (Italian Association of Naturalists), AIP (Italian Association of Pedologists), AIPIN (Italian Association of Naturalistic Engineering), SIGEA (Italian Association of Environmental Geology).
